In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

To register and use pbb44d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pbb44d strictly enforces minimum age requirements through KYC verification. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception.
• You must be a resident of Indonesia or accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited under local law applicable to you as an individual.
• You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under applicable law — meaning you have not been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any Restricted Jurisdiction. pbb44d reserves the right to update its list of Restricted Jurisdictions without prior notice.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, director, agent, or close family member of an employee of pbb44d or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or payment processors.
• You must not be accessing the Platform using a Virtual Private Network (VPN), proxy server, or any other technology designed to mask your true geographic location for the purpose of circumventing jurisdictional restrictions.

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access pbb44d's betting and gaming services, you must register a personal account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including:

• Full legal name (as it appears on your Indonesian KTP)
• Valid Indonesian mobile phone number
• Valid email address
• Date of birth (must confirm you are 21+)
• City and province of residence in Indonesia
• Preferred currency (IDR / Rp)

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold one (1) active account on pbb44d at any time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. If you discover that a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact our support team immediately.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pbb44d will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. You must:

• Use a strong, unique password not used on any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify pbb44d support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

pbb44d accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized account access where the Player has failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

3.4 Accurate Information Obligation

You agree to keep your registered information accurate and current. If any information changes (email address, phone number, bank account details), you must update your account profile promptly. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of funds.

pbb44d is obligated under international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gaming policies to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances.

4.1 Required Documents

• Indonesian KTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk): Clear photograph or scan of your valid national identity card, showing all four corners and legible text.
• Selfie with KTP: A photograph of you holding your KTP beside your face, confirming that the document belongs to you.
• Proof of Address (if requested): A utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence dated within the last three months, showing your name and current address.
• Source of Funds Declaration (for high-volume accounts): Players whose deposit volumes exceed defined thresholds may be required to provide evidence of the legitimate source of funds used for gaming.

4.2 Verification Timeline

Standard KYC review is completed within one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours of submission during business days (Monday to Friday, 09:00–17:00 WIB). Submissions received on weekends or Indonesian public holidays may experience longer processing times. pbb44d will notify you by email upon approval or rejection.

4.3 Consequences of Non-Verification

pbb44d reserves the right to suspend withdrawals, restrict deposits, and limit account functionality until KYC verification is successfully completed. Accounts that remain unverified for an extended period, or where verification documents are found to be fraudulent, will be permanently closed and any balance may be frozen pending further review.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

pbb44d supports the following deposit and withdrawal channels for Indonesian players:

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata

5.2 Deposit Rules

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your pbb44d account balance as soon as the transfer is confirmed by the payment network — typically within seconds for e-wallet deposits and within 1–5 minutes for bank transfers.
• pbb44d does not charge deposit fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transfer fees, for which pbb44d accepts no responsibility.
• All funds deposited must be denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). pbb44d does not accept foreign currency deposits.

5.3 Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals are only processed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the verified pbb44d account. No third-party withdrawals are permitted under any circumstances.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. Unverified accounts cannot initiate withdrawals.
• Withdrawal requests for verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours during standard business hours (WIB). Requests submitted outside business hours, on weekends, or on Indonesian public holidays may require up to 24 hours.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• pbb44d reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests that are flagged by our fraud monitoring system. This may temporarily extend processing time.
• Any active bonus balance that does not meet wagering requirements will be forfeited upon withdrawal request, unless the applicable promotion terms state otherwise.

5.4 Currency and Exchange

All transactions on pbb44d are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). pbb44d does not offer multi-currency accounts or real-time foreign exchange conversion. Players are responsible for any currency conversion costs incurred outside the Platform.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

pbb44d offers various promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to these General Bonus Terms and any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Unless stated otherwise, bonuses are valid for seven (7) calendar days from the date of credit to your account. Unclaimed or unmet bonuses expire automatically.
• Bonuses are credited in IDR and can only be used on games that contribute to the wagering requirement, as specified in the promotion details.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games, table games, and sportsbook bets may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.

6.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonus funds, associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Coordinating with other Players to exploit bonus mechanics (collusion).
• Placing opposing bets on the same market to artificially satisfy wagering requirements (bonus hedging).
• Using automated scripts, bots, or software tools to exploit bonus offers.
• Providing false personal information during registration in order to qualify for a bonus.

6.3 Welcome Bonus

New Players may be eligible for a Welcome Bonus upon their first qualifying deposit. Eligibility, bonus value, wagering requirements, and validity period are specified at the time of registration and on the applicable promotion page. The Welcome Bonus is available to each new Player once only and cannot be combined with other welcome offers.

6.4 Seasonal Promotions

pbb44d may offer seasonal and event-based promotions during Indonesian public holidays, major sporting events (such as BRI Liga 1 season openers, the AFF Cup, Champions League finals, and the FIFA World Cup), and other promotional periods. These are governed by their individual promotion terms and may have shorter validity windows. Promotions referencing Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Nyepi, or Indonesian Independence Day are celebratory in nature and carry no religious or political endorsement.

7.1 Sportsbook & Betting Markets

pbb44d's sportsbook covers football (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League), badminton, basketball, MotoGP, e-sports, and other markets. The following rules apply to all bets placed on pbb44d:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or modified except where an explicit cash-out option is offered and exercised before settlement.
• In the event of a match postponement, cancellation, or abandonment, pbb44d's settlement rules for the affected market govern the outcome. These rules are published within the sportsbook section of the Platform.
• pbb44d reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error (also known as a "palpable error") has occurred. Players will be notified and refunded the bet stake in such cases.
• Mix parlay (accumulator/parlay) bets require all selections to win for the bet to return. If one selection is void, the parlay is recalculated with the remaining selections.
• Asian Handicap and voor bola (Indonesian term for handicap betting on football) markets follow standard Asian Handicap settlement rules. Half-win and half-loss outcomes apply on quarter-point handicaps.

7.2 Casino & Slot Games

All casino and slot games offered on pbb44d are provided by certified third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Each game operates on a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been independently tested and audited for fairness. 7.3 Malfunction Policy

In the event of a software malfunction, game disconnection, or technical error that affects the outcome of a game round or bet, pbb44d reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pbb44d and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or financing of illegal activities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information at any stage of registration or account operation.
• Attempting to hack, probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of pbb44d's systems or networks.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other Players, dealer staff, or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit pricing errors or bonus terms in bad faith.
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's account without authorization.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing pbb44d staff, support agents, or other members of the pbb44d community.
• Charging back or reversing a deposit transaction after corresponding gameplay or bonus use has occurred.
• Circumventing geographic restrictions using VPNs, proxies, or similar tools to access the Platform from a Restricted Jurisdiction.

All content on the pbb44d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, domain name, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of pbb44d or its licensed content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, copy, distribute, or publish any pbb44d content without prior written consent.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or game code used on the Platform.
• Create derivative works based on pbb44d's Intellectual Property.
• Use the pbb44d brand, logo, or name in any commercial context or affiliate promotion without a separate written agreement.

Any unauthorised use of pbb44d's Intellectual Property may result in legal action and will result in immediate termination of your account.

The collection, storage, processing, and use of your personal data by pbb44d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy in its entirety.

In summary, pbb44d collects personal data necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the Platform experience. We do not sell personal data to third-party marketers. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pbb44d's total aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, their account, or their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pbb44d expressly excludes liability for:

• Any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive loss or damage, including loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or loss of data.
• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or power outages on the Player's end.
• Losses attributable to the Player's failure to comply with these Terms, including ineligibility, bonus misuse, or prohibited conduct.
• Losses arising from the unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical intervention, or events outside pbb44d's reasonable control (force majeure).
• The accuracy, completeness, or suitability of information published on third-party sites that may link to or from pbb44d.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes pbb44d's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.1 Termination by pbb44d

pbb44d reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has:

• Breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Engaged in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive conduct.
• Failed to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Provided fraudulent KYC documentation.
• Placed the account under a self-exclusion or responsible gaming restriction.

Upon termination for cause, pbb44d may forfeit all bonus balances and withhold withdrawable funds pending investigation. Real-money balances that are confirmed as legitimately earned and unencumbered by bonus conditions will be returned to the Player following completion of any investigation.

12.2 Voluntary Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting pbb44d customer support. Upon receiving a closure request, we will process any pending withdrawal of your remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method, subject to standard KYC and AML checks. Account closure does not extinguish any obligations owed by either party that arose prior to the closure date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pbb44d holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved amicably between the parties shall be referred to binding arbitration administered under internationally recognised arbitration rules. The language of arbitration shall be English.

Nothing in this clause prevents pbb44d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its Intellectual Property or prevent irreparable harm. Players retain any statutory rights available to them under Indonesian consumer protection law that cannot be contractually waived.
